Hello Lorraine, it was nice to hear from you. Since writing the Body Imagine blog the strangest thing happened: I was listening to a audio from the Miracle Times web site when it just dropped out and up came this audio with Lisa Natoli and her friend Marrielle, talking about food addictions and how both had found success in releasing this addiction to food. They now had a web site with a 40 day program for people with food addictions or really any addictions. So I checked it out and low and behond it is exactly the principles that I had arrived at. Really just completely give up and let God sort it out. Anyway I joined up and they are great and the program is great, it gets you intouch with totally accepting yourself lock stock and barrell and being in yourself. So here goes I am giving it a go. Plus, I was talking to Lisa about other issues, being my husband, and that's a whole other story but she lead me to her other web site which has a radio show her and an Australian named Max do. I listened to the first audio on the site and wham...very very very helpful. This web site is www.gorgousforgod.com. Both the 40 day program and the gorgous for God are ACIM based. How bloody great is that. Where abouts in Western Australia do you live, I live in Busselton. Love to you. Jenny
